Exhibit at Indigo Crow Gallery

An opportunity to display and sell your art in a professional gallery space
Exhibition installation support if required from a member of our Exhibition Team
A platform to share your art with the Indigo Crow audiences who include local residents, visitors to Lincoln, members of our art groups, and workshop attendees.
A dedicated marketing package including social media marketing in the run up to your exhibition and during your exhibition. This includes promotion through our Facebook and Instagram accounts, promotion on our Indigo Crow mailing list.
Handling of sales associated with the Exhibition. All transactions for the sale of art work and retail items will be carried out by our shop staff.
A preview event of your exhibition, if required, including invitations to previous buyers and Indigo Crow members. Use of glassware, tables and tablecloths. Assistance of an Indigo Crow Member
An opportunity to hold a workshop related to your exhibition in our workshop area. This will incur an additional charge.

The Gallery space is offered on a weekly basis – Exhibition Fee is £150 + 30% commission.
Gallery is fitted out with a hanging system, and includes 1 x window display area and plinths
The gallery is open Tuesday – Sundays 10am – 4pm
Set up in gallery is Monday
Break down is Sunday 4pm – 6pm
Artist is responsible for delivery and collection of all work within the hours stated above.
Daily invigilation of your exhibition is not required

Payment for sale of work will be taken by the gallery.
Work is sold ‘as seen’ and any queries or complaints by a purchaser will be directed to the exhibitor for resolution.
All payments, less commission will be forwarded within 5 working days of the end of the exhibition.
Dismantling of the exhibition is on the Sunday evening 4pm – 6pm

Artists are responsible for their own insurance and for the delivery and collection of their work.

Indigo Crow cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever.

The Gallery space is fitted with a hanging system, and has Plinths available
2D work should be fitted with ‘D’ rings and strung ready for hanging.
Images for a poster (A3) for the exhibition to be displayed must be provided by the artist.
The Artist must give permission for images of their work to be used by Indigo Crow for publicity and archival purposes.
Indigo Crow does not permit works to be screwed or attached with adhesive to any of the walls.
