Needle Felted Bees

Come along and learn the craft of needle felting with felt artist -Robyn Smith

This is a full day workshop. You will start your day by being shown the technique of needle felting, how to use the dry felting needle to sculpt the wool. Each stage will be demonstrated so you go home with your own flying bee.  You will be given some wings and shown how to attach the wire legs, antennae and glass bead eyes. You be can be flying over a needle felted base of your choice and supported on a wire. This workshop is for all abilities. All materials will be provided This workshop is for all abilities. All materials will be provided, and refreshments are available in the studio.

• You will be using an extremely sharp needle during the workshop so care needs to be taken at all times.
• If you have an allergy to wool please be aware we will be using wool fibres
