Fused Glass Circular Sea Wave Workshop

Suitable for beginners and all levels.

Create a 20cm circular sea wave using a selection of coloured glass, and glass frit.

This class will focus on glass cutting, allowing you to design and create a unique art piece.

Following a demonstration in glass cutting, you will have a large selection of coloured glass to choose from, along with blue, white and clear glass frit to enhance your wave design.

Your creation will be kiln fired for you, and ready to collect approxiamately 2 weeks after the workshop.

All materials will be included, along with a circular Oak wood stand with clamps to display your finished piece.

• Please wear closed-toed shoes as cutting glass.
• Safety glasses and gloves will be provided and must be worn whilst cutting glass.
• An apron will be available for use during the workshop to protect your clothes from glass.
• Avoid eating and drinking at work table.
• Wash your hands before leaving studio.

Tea, coffee and biscuits available. There will be a short coffee break in the middle of the class, feel free to bring a small lunch with you.

This workshop is part of the Vitamin Sea Exhibition 21 January to 2 February where you’ll be able to see work by Alison and other artists.
