1-13 October featuring felted artwork by Eve Marshall and invited guest artists Karin Christensen, Ella Jenkins and Mat Gardner

Indigo Crow Gallery Resident Artist Eve Marshall is looking forward to welcoming you to her exhibition this October. She has invited artists who use a variety of mediums for this nature inspired exhibition. Invited artist Karin Christensen will share the walls of the gallery. Karin sketches her pictures using strong ink lines and then loosely paints them with watercolours. Karin will be bringing a mix of her floral and bird artworks to the exhibition which will include originals and cards.

Ella Jenkins creates quirky chairs and footstools that are full of character. She chooses beautiful fabrics and embellishes them with stitch, paint and appliqué. Ella and Eve have worked together on custom projects in the past 5 years. Ella will be bringing a range of chairs and footstools to the exhibition.

Mat Gardner is known for his seamless ability to add zips and other objects into his woodwork. He’s inspired by the natural world and creates pieces that are inspired by what he sees as he turns the wood.

Eve Marshall creates large bold felted artworks and will be bringing along some brand new pieces for the show. She has been working on creating pieces inspired by the gardens that she wanders around and the birds that she watches.

The exhibition will open on Tuesday 1st of October and run until Sunday 13th October (closed Mondays). Please join us for a drinks reception on Sunday 6th October 1-4pm. Both Eve and Karin will be running workshops during the exhibition and you can find out more about these on our workshop page.
