Paint skies in Watercolours
Join me for a day of painting the vast open skies of Lincolnshire. We will practice a variety of watercolour techniques in order to capture some atmospheric skyscapes.
• Practice wet in wet style
• Blending colours that works for skies
• Adding clouds
• Consider perspective in skies
• Painting with a layered approach
Karin will show you step by step how to build up your skyscape and cloud formations, and how to add contrast and impact to your painting. Take home your artworks, new ideas and inspiration.
All artist quality materials are included, together with refreshments.
Open to everyone, small group, individual feedback.
Karin Christensen:
Karin Christensen is a Lincolnshire based artist working mainly in watercolours. She teaches workshops in the UK and Norway. She likes to travel and work on location, often using a combination of ink and watercolours. Karin is a member of the Lincolnshire Artists Society and has been teaching workshops for many years.
