Description
Printing On Fabric Using Tetra Pak
This workshop is suitable for all levels.
We will be using tetra paks that have been split open, washed out thoroughly.
The tetra pak is our print plate. We want to produce different textures using slightly different techniques & tools.
We will use craft knives, sharp sewing needles, tracing wheel, leather punches.
We are engraving & peeling away the top layer of silver coloured material to give us a creative plate to print.
The ink is applied gentle, excess rubbed away.
These pieces can be framed, they can also be embellished. Also they can be made into items.

I am a textile artist based in Woodhall spa, Lincolnshire. I enjoy using a range of techniques in my work. These include free motion embroidery & printing, particularly collagraph. I combine these techniques to emulated the subtle yet vibrant colours & textures I see in nature. I love sharing techniques with others to help them explore their creativity.
